Wandsworth Group New Healthcare Containment Solutions
The Wandsworth Group, has been at the forefront of healthcare communications technology for more than 50 years. This insight and experience has helped secure strong partnerships between Wandsworth and NHS estates, and develop functional, high quality, healthcare technology such as IPiN - a fully IP based nurse call system.
The Wandsworth Group is now introducing a new range of containment solutions. Feedback enabled Wandsworth to make some critical design and functionality changes to improve infection control, and speed up the installation process by offering pre-piped pre-wired units.
The new containment solutions are being rolled out in both vertical and horizontal options. Medical Service Columns in two widths are now being supplied to 10 new projects across the NHS in the UK. Horizontal trunking will soon follow, again applying the same design techniques to improve infection control and speed up installation times.
The development of these containment solutions shows Wandsworth Groups long term commitment to the UK healthcare market, and as a British manufacturer, quality and attention to design remain as important as cost.
