Wandsworth Jung to display KNX at Grand Designs ShowWandsworth Jung will be displaying their intelligent KNX Home Automation System at this years’ Grand Designs Show at the NEC Birmingham 12-14th October. KNX is an open protocol which is used across Europe allowing the integration of a number of products such as lighting, heating, audio-visual, blinds and security systems, creating smarter home and office spaces. Wandsworth Group sign distributor agreement with JungWandsworth Group has signed a Distribution deal with Albrecht Jung GMBH of Germany. Jung produce a number of ranges, including KNX technology, that will complement Wandsworth's existing electrical accessory ranges. "By joining forces with Jung we open up our existing range and we’re also adding wiring accessories and door entry systems that match our electrical accessories for quality but also complement them in terms of design, enabling us to offer customers even greater choice.” explained Gary Stevens of the Wandsworth Group. Jung's export manager Wolfgang Becker added "In Wandsworth we have found a partner that we can trust to deliver those values in the UK marketplace and a one that has the resources to drive understanding and uptake of our products in the UK." KNX buildings control protocol used across Europe and enables the programming and integration of a number of products, including lighting and heating controls, using a single software tool. Integrating these systems in to buildings can lead to energy savings at a time when companies are looking for better energy management. |
