Rotalux range Rotalux
Rotalux is a unique way to provide uplighting, downlighting and wall wash lighting, and can contribute to the overall ward lighting scheme.

The unique rotation of the unit will allow the light to be rotated through 240 or 350 degrees.

Rotalux is suitable for new build or retro-fit, providing an economical and attractive way to provide flexible lighting.

Dimming options
• direct via the nursecall handset (a unique option if integrated with Wandsworth nurse call systems)
• direct (via individual pull cord), for staff and patient use
• indirect from wall or nurse station

Rotalux has been designed with hygiene and maintenance in mind. The simple ‘clip-in’ design means maintenance is totally straightforward and hassle-free – and quick. The robust polycarbonate lens is sealed for hygiene and cleanliness.

Rotalux can be fitted directly to the wall or ceiling, and is compatible with bedhead trunking. Integral emergency lighting packs ensure that Rotalux won’t let you down. All units may be supplied with auto-test emergency lighting packs within the aluminium extruded body.
Rotalux comes as standard in white. However, it is also available in the full range of RAL colour options and coloured anodized finishes, which makes Rotalux ideal for areas where a non-clinical look is desired, such as children’s wards.

Rotalux can be used for general ward lighting, bed lighting, operating and clinical areas and treatment rooms. Wards and public spaces, waiting areas and corridors can all be appropriately lit by using a Rotalux lighting system. Rotalux can also be used as an examination lamp as the 2x54W T5 models give 400 lux over the width of the bed.

The unique Rotalux design for maximum efficiency in light output means significant capital and running cost savings can be made.
