Integrated call push and
light switch unit
Front cover plate 146 x 86mm containing:
• Push to make push button.
• LED reassurance light.
• 20amp one-way switch.
The switch operates a 24volt DC relay in Reset unit 774 or 775 mounted
outside the cell. The call push operates the solid state printed circuit
board also mounted in the reset unit to summon the prison staff.
This unit is mounted inside the toilet to switch a 24volt DC relay mounted
in unit 777 outside the cell which controls the 240volt supply the toilet
light.

Two light switches operate two 24volt DC relays in the reset unit mounted
outside the cell. The call push operates the solid state printed circuit
board also mounted in the reset unit to summon the prison staff.

• Push to break push button.
• 2.8watt indicator.
• Solid state PCB.
• Two 20amp one-way switches and two 24volt DC relays.
• 24V DC supplies are individually fused giving localised protection against
inmate abuse.
The light switches control the cell and toilet inspection lights. The
two relays are to control the 240volt supplies to the cell light and
toilet light. The indicator is to signal a call from the cell and the
push button is to reset the printed circuit board and cancel the call.
