Tele-Call is a digital, fully interactive, IP browser-based system. It’s designed to be compatible with the latest voice-over-IP (VOIP) systems and the Ethernet switches that are already available in most hospitals. And because all the services are provided over a single high-speed Ethernet network, there’s no need to install co-axial or telephone cables.
Service for UK Customers
In the UK we can provide a full network design and installation service as well as ongoing support and maintenance. We’ve set up the system to facilitate remote software support, which minimises costs and disruption.
Wandsworth is a member of the ECA (Electrical Contractors Association), which means we’re an approved installer of electrical equipment. We’re also an affiliate member of the IFHE (International Federation of Hospital Engineering).

Tele-Call can be used in any country as the network requirements, operating software and TCP/IP protocols it uses are all global computer industry standard.
We have already established local distribution and support in North America, Australia, New Zealand and the Gulf States and have plans for more. Meanwhile we can provide remote support via the internet to the rest of the world.
